Standing in front of the place where Dr King was assassinated is very uncomfortable and sad. What gives me the right to come here and speak about job creation? What gives me the right to stand here and speak my mind, about an issue that affects me and millions of others? What gives me the right to take my feet to the streets to move all people ahead into action for the sake of our economy? And what gives me the opportunity to look Black, white , brown, and all people of all faiths directly in the eyes and ask for help as one nation as one people. ……? The only answer I have for this question is The United States Constitution and men that have been examples like Martin Luther King Jr …Dr King that fought for the rights of his people and all Americans. In America it is our civil rights that have molded our society into the most free society and most desirable society in the world.
I am here today to pass through these hallowed grounds with our movement for job creation and not to view where a man and his dream were laid down and stopped by hate. I am here to acknowledge where all civil rights actions should continue forward from. Nothing here can ever be forgotten for this place, the Lorraine Motel, is the Lead stone to the clear path of what is right and what must be fought for. Today we come here to fight for trust and unity amongst all Americans. It is our goal to fight back the move by those in control with ill intention trying to divide and conquer us. We want to enlighten all people of the importance of moving forward as one people for one nation. To recognize what lies ahead of us and to prove that we will challenge all issues with the force and cutting of a mighty ship’s bow. To seek out the remedies to calm this economic turmoil and to prove that this is our economy that preserves our freedom. This is a time in which we cannot be divided or controlled by corporate media or mis-information. This is a time when we solidify our growth as one nation with equality for all people of all ethnicities and of all faiths. We needed to come here to learn how, to learn why, to know where the path of truth continues from. This is the only continuation point for clear direction for fairness and from here we will succeed. I am sure of this fact. I am sure because this is where truth speaks in the wind. I can hear it.
We are the Foundation for Job Creation, My Name is Mark Nejmeh and I am at awe of Dr King the great leader of endless generations of Americans. I am at awe of what example we have to solve all problems ahead as a nation of equality... I ask you to stay and listen to some solutions we have brought for consideration to our job crisis. Ideas that you can implement that you can do for your country, that you have total control of.
Our country has allowed too few to control its direction and we have come to wealth inequality due to allowing our political system, labor organizations, business and financial markets to comingle for their own selfish gain. We can solve these problems and support those leading us with good intentions. We can start today.
In brief we want to bring innovation forward for jobs and fight for equal access to capital. Job Creation is a process and a civil responsibility to preserve the continuous strengthening of civil rights, freedom and a secure nation. I am so proud to be here. Let’s rally America for Job Creation. I will speak in detail of our ideas and identify what you may want to examine as well. Jobs start with creativity and music is one example let us listen to American creativity now. Let creativity light our way, let equality make us soar.

Our Message and our Goals.
Let's keep this simple. We have to motivate people to save more, spend less, and invest more. Yes, that means investing in the equity markets in companies that will create jobs through technology,innovation and perspiration. We need to educate people how it is their simple actions that build an economy and corrects this potentially devastating situation. The experts will tell you that "you" the American will never change. But it is up to you to prove them wrong. Are you with Us?

We have taken on a few major tasks. They are ONE: Educate Americans of what will work to create jobs. SECOND: Re-organize the OTC.BB stock market through public pressure, investigative reporting, and whistle blowing THREE: Convince the general public to start supporting real journalism that is unbiased by paying for news and recognizing that free news is no news at all. FOURTH: Fight for first amendment rights city by city and expose corruption by exposing the bureaucratic road blocks in each town. Fifth: Fight for the second amendment.

Our Road trip is going well. we have accomplished a great deal including our investigative report on Freeport McMoran and the Kneeling nun at the Chino Mines.

Just a theory
What if, two seemingly opposing political sides were actually working together? What if the Greedy corporations were working with the elitest socialists, seem crazy, maybe not? Why would we have two hateful news sources MSNBC and FOX NEWS so effectively dividing our nation? Divide and conquer? Maybe the corporations making massive profits have decided that Americans are just too expensive to employ? Maybe they think full employment can never be? Why? Possibly because in their position they can employ labor elsewhere. Ask yourself, why are the stock markets and corporate profits rising …JOBLESS RECOVERY? Is it because profits are solidified with consumer consumption? Maybe the socialists and the greedy feel social programs like welfare and unemployment are cheaper to support than trying to be patriotic and build an American economy.
Why are our Unions being adversary’s to business instead of working closely to provide solutions to our dire jobless crisis? Why did the government so neatly tear down the investment banking community eliminating avenues for funding for legitimate businesses? How was it that, while growing the housing industry and betting against its loan repayment value, the “economic Maestros of the world ignored the common sense of also growing good paying jobs to support the mortgages. Then they blamed it on you the American, and said you were greedy and wanted more than your share. How could it be that our banks must secure their deposits with all their cash, thus eliminating the possibility of making small business loans? How is it that the greatest military in the world could not seal our borders from starving Mexican immigrants that were eager to work the construction jobs that supported the housing boom? And how is it that these immigrants are the new pawns of political maneuvering and potential votes that are needed by the political machines that help them? And what about all the unsecured student loans that saddle our beloved children? Will this new work force be forced to conform and do what they are told? And might it be that they may never see the end of their debt. And what about the Family, what effect will this all have? And where is the media? Are there any journalists left in this world? Why have they not given Job Creation and news coverage?
Why are you not fighting back? Where are the real men? I ask you Are You with us for Job Creation? If so let’s start to fix things!
Big Question: How are we going to do it?
Here is our plan:
1. Create a new avenue for funding. Revamp the penny stock (OTC.bb) market, clean up the corruption in this currently meaningless and poorly operated market and rename it the Job Creation Stock Market (JCSM). This is a market that can provide the funding for established small businesses and start-ups with big ideas. If America can sell lottery tickets, then the average person should be able to buy stock.
2. Promote the development of grass roots corporate analysts that are not paid by the corporations, but are paid by the people that need the information for investing. This will create 5000 jobs immediately..
3. Convince the general public to save money by cutting 10-20% of their lottery purchases and save that money to invest in corporations that have the ideas that can create jobs. Work to move money away from other vices as well.
4. Tell your friends and neighbors to vote with their heart and knowledge. There should be very high caution when voting for someone that spent a great deal of money to be elected. Warn your friends about voting the way their group votes unless it makes total sense to them issue by issue. Ignore negative ad campaigns.
5. Promote the economic theory that job creation creates profit when we look at the economy from a macro perspective.
6. Believe in the creativity in the world and begin promoting idea development by holding invention and innovation fairs in our public parks. Make sure that all inventors are legally protected by the proper intellectual property filings. Contact: mark@jobcreation.us to schedule an event.
7. We need more real news coverage and we need it quick. All of the media especially business and innovation media are refusing fair and equal coverage except to connected and highly paid PR agencies. If we do not know what is news in technology and innovation, then how do we know where to invest our money to grow our economy and create jobs? There are 10,000 jobs in journalism available just to cover the fact that the media is not covering the news anymore. They killed journalism to control you. The media is only opinion today , controlled by their own agendas. They don’t report fact. And they don’t play fair.
8. Stop investing in only the pretty faces from pretty places. We don’t need to see more look a like start-ups with soft hands from a pretty sounding school. Our capital is being funneled to too few alma maters. We need to start listening to ideas from everywhere. You do not have to be cool to be smart and innovative either.
9. Get Government out of the business of business. Put pressure on lobbyists and increase protest and news coverage of the dirty games in Washington and in your local poltics.
10. Take to the streets more activism. Teach your children and your friends how to practice their first amendment rights.

Why protest?

We need jobs to save America, the housing industry, and the banking industry. There are greater returns when a society is served by the benefits and the fruits of innovation providing the fruits are distributed for economic growth. We are requesting you to stand up against the disguised socialism movement and also ask for change and discipline from Wall St. We request investment bankers, venture capitalists strive to build economies, not just profit. Too many of the innovations invested in today do not do anything to build jobs and for that matter continue to shift wealth in the wrong direction. All investors must learn that unless investments benefit society and grow economies their profits will be short lived. We need to move this economy from consumption to investment in industries that manufacture and maintain job growth. We are a grass roots organization for job creation. We believe America has everything it needs to lead this world as a producing nation and a leader in freedom. We believe that "work is a cure". Society benefits when people are productive and confident. Our Foundation is for everyone. Good paying jobs that will rebuild America come from ideas that are born in a capitalist society. The ideas move forward with entrepreneurial drive and support from people like you. Our organization's sole purpose is to serve entrepreneurs, inventors, students, and technologists in commercializing technology.

How can you help?

Join the Protest show up with a sign and a belief that the solution is with unity and within you. Donate! We do not apply for Government grants, we rely on being entrpreneurial. Do you believe in America and the innovation begging to be implemented? Where are the Patriotic titans of Wall St and the venture world that serve America and world peace ?

What we are requesting. Jobs created logically from an orderly free market economy! How? Clean up Wall St. and stop the move towards socialism!

1. Get rid of greed on Wall St., more investment in innovation that create jobs, fairness and to build an economy! We want to see less lobbyists and less financial and venture capital influence Washington. Wall St. argues for free markets but they distort the free market by using government lobbying to eliminate competitors and to redirect capitalism for their own benefit. 2. We want to see less tricky trading tactics in the market, like flash tading, etc. 3. We want to see the OTC.BB market overhauled voluntarily with full disclosure. We do not want any trading of shell companies. This will open up capital raising opportunities for small companies and create jobs. This market is formerly known as the penny stock market and is a market that currently is like a poker game in the wild west. It needs to be regulated and cleaned up not by government but by a seperate entity that takes responsibilty. 4. We want the government (technology investment program) SBIR process revamped so that it will eliminate waste and focus on job creation.
5. We want people to realize that the government is not the only job creator, outside of Keynesian fiscal tactics. 6. We want to motivate economists to develop new statistical methodology for measuring job creation. (more on this another time) but it is time for new tools for economists. 7. We would like to see less adversarial relations between business and workers. We believe that employers should strive to achieve living wage standards IF POSSIBLE not mandated. This can be accomplished from co-operation from both sides. The key is building businesses that can pay and profit at the same time, that will mean implementing innovation. 8.Living wage is a priority of this Foundation as we foster the development of businesses.9.We would like Unions to be less threatening to all businesses. This job crisis cannot be resolved by bullying.

Simply put we need balance and logic. We can start here and move forward. This sounds a little complicated but it is not!
