The March on Wall St and Chicago CME March 29, 2010

We love America and are not against capitalism. This is a time to seek solutions and take logical action to bring awareness. This is a peaceful protest scheduled as are all of our actions. Please do not be angry be smart. We will do our next "March/protest" to seek solutions to job creation Monday, March 29, 2010 , begin assembling at 10:45 EST in NYC, 9:45 CST Chicago, and 7:45 PST San Fran and we will protest at 11:30 EST,10:30 CST. In NYC meet us at the Bowling Green Bull at the end of Broadway downtown, in Chicago assemble in front of the Mercantile exchange (http://www.chicagotraveler.com/attraction-maps/chicago-mercantile-exchan...), You must always stay on Public property. You have a right to assemble, do not block traffic! We have asked all working people, both Union and Non-union affiliated people to join the protest. We embrace the ideology that organized labor does build economies by distributing wealth and improving labor conditions. We foresee a new collaboration between business , labor, and investment that will rebuild the manufacturing base in America. It is the only way.

Why protest?

We need jobs to save America, the housing industry, and the banking industry. There are greater returns when a society is served by the benefits and the fruits of innovation providing the fruits are distributed for economic growth. We are requesting change and discipline from Wall St and requesting that venture capitalists strive to build economies, not just profit. Too many of the innovations invested in today do not do anything to build jobs and for that matter continue to shift wealth in the wrong direction. All investors must learn that unless investments benefit society and grow economies the profits will be short lived. We need to move this economy from consumption to investment in industries that produce jobs. We are a grass roots organization for job creation, we do not have any organized labor affiliation, however we support the core values that organized labor represents. We believe America has everything it needs to lead this world as a producing nation and a leader in freedom. We believe that "work is a cure". Society benefits when people are productive and confident. Our Foundation is for everyone. Good paying jobs that will rebuild America come from ideas that are born in a capitalist society. The ideas move forward with entrepreneurial drive and support from people like you. Our organization's sole purpose is to serve entrepreneurs, inventors, students, and technologists in commercializing technology.

How can you help?

Join the Protest show up with a sign and a belief that the solution is with unity and within you. Donate! We do not apply for Government grants, we rely on being entrpreneurial. Please purchase a shirt, a hoody or participate in one of our fundraisers. Do you believe in America and the innovation begging to be implemented? Where are the Patriotic titans of Wall St and the venture world that serve America and world peace ?

What we are requesting. Jobs Now! How? Clean up Wall St.!

1. Get rid of greed on Wall ST. more investment in innovation that create jobs, fairness! We want to see less lobbyists and less financial and venture capital influence Washington, They argue for free markets but they distort the free market by using government lobbying to eliminate competitors and to redirect capitalism for their own benefit. 2. We want to see less tricky trading tactics in the market, like flash tading, etc. 3. We want to see the OTC.BB market overhauled voluntarily with full disclosure. We do not want any trading of shell companies. This will open up capital raising opportunities for small companies and create jobs. This market is formerly known as the penny stock market and is a market that currently is like a poker game in the wild west. It needs to be regulated and cleaned up not by government but by a seperate entity that takes responsibilty. 4. We want the government (technology investment program) SBIR process revamped so that it will eliminate waste and focus on job creation.
5. We want people to realize that the government is not the only job creator, outside of Keynesian fiscal tactics. 6. We want to motivate economists to develope new statistical methodology for measuring job creation. (more on this another time) but it is time for new tools for economists. 7. We would like to see less adversarial relations between business and workers. We believe that employers should strive to achieve living wage standards IF POSSIBLE not mandated. This can be accomplished from co-operation from both sides. The key is building businesses that can pay and profit at the same time, that will mean implementing innovation. 8.Living wage is a priority of this Foundation as we foster the development of businesses. Simply put we need balance and logic. We can start here and move forward. This sounds a little complicated but it is not!

Please help us to rebuild our economy by participating as a volunteer, a donor, a member, an event participant. Your voice can and will be heard?

Believe in American Innovation!

Thank you,

What? Job Creation? When? Where?

New York, NY, January 22, 2009, The Foundation for Job Creation, www.jobcreation.us, 4createjobs, It is the nature of how modern investment pundits measure returns that have lead us to this employment dead end. Our investment culture believes that only those connected to prestige or employing a big name Ceo is worth investing in. We need a new barometer on investments that measure the gain value to GDP a job creates and be prepared to re-measure the pie consistantly. As the pie grows so does the room for additional technology implementation,(and more jobs).

For instance the Gov'ts current approach to infrastructure spending does not include the measurement of productivity growth from reduction of traffic or greater efficiency of electric transmission. The gov'ts approach is to "build comb factories for a nation of bald men".They don't implement technology and they don't manage technology markets fairly.

Regarding the Gov't,on job creation, don't expect politicians to do anything more than try to get re-elected or support their parties, because that is what they do. That is their job. They will continue hiring more people to work in those comb factories.

Investment culture has to get out of the way of the new ideas and think beyond their Alma maters. Not taking away from brilliance that rises from Universities, but is that now, the only place innovation can occur? If these great Universities were doing their job we would not be here. They have failed the test of leadership for our economy too.

Educators should educate and stop worrying about building their coffers of endowments. Universities should be working towards lowering their costs , educating more , and learning more themselves. The debt they have created for goal oriented students is a disgrace and a perfect example of the "customer forgotten". They may not realize this but they are almost dinosaurs as more people move towards on-line educations.

A quick note, Tax incentives are just more turmoil for growth, our nation should work with what we have in place.

These times should open all investors ears and eyes. The Job Creation solution is right under your nose,... more risk investment for all in American innovation.

Mark Nejmeh is the inventor of, www.magkinetics.com technology, a system and method for creating electricity from moving automobile traffic. While experiencing first hand the difficulties of commercializing the MagKinetics technology, and watching the job creation crisis form Mark Nejmeh decided to apply innovation to the job creation process.

Job Creation, The Home, The Family

New York, NY, October 28, 2009, The Following distress call came from the Foundation for Job Creation, www.jobcreation.us, 4createjobs, today.

Hello, hello, is there anyone out there? Can anyone hear us? Hello, Wall St, hello, hello, America. Say have you heard of the call from the crowd of Rick Santelli’s losers shouting out? The shouts are faint but in large numbers and are more like a hum these days. The job loss since December of 2007, 7,200,000 and the foreclosures are around 5,000,000 and climbing. More and more people are humming to beg to be taken off of CNBC’s Rick Santelli’s list and await direction and leadership. Hello Mr. President when you get back from your $30,000 dollar per plate fundraiser event could you take some time and listen to the hum. Please? The quiet tone of piano chords leads the hum with as much strain and tension on the people as is on the strings. The humming comes with unity, it stretches across gender and race, the hummers have equality in their group. They are in unison and in tone. They recognize their leadership is scrambling, and confused as they move between social parties, political fund raisers and award acceptance dinners. But yet to the hummers the puzzle does not seem that difficult to solve. Forget your other agendas and just create jobs and create them now!

The hummers have been developing some interesting characteristics for years now. Beyond the social issues that have surfaced such as, gangs, drug abuse, mental illness, homelessness, and divorce, the hummers are beginning to get angry. Too often people are beginning to speak of violence. Weapon sales are booming especially in the Midwest among younger Americans where hopelessness has been rooted. Their talk is not racial it is anti-government. It’s a pretty big deal and pretty scary. Through years past we have seen similar group s form. In the late 1960’s we had unions and mafia that were synonymous, they were just a more civilized form of gangs but brought just as much fear. Hello, hello, hello America we are in crisis and we are losing hope. To the working 90% of America unemployment means lazy, to the rest it means crazy. What will the lack of Job Creation really cost America? All be it, what is happening to America is much more powerful than most people realize. The people that have the power to fight back for America are fat, happy and drunk with power. The two groups that can help America, (Wall St. and Washington) get beyond this crisis, are too busy serving each others’ needs as both get rich and richer. Next Tuesday Nov 3, 2009 we will inevitably vote in more rich guys and girls that originate or are connected to Wall St. Want change look in the mirror.

The Foundation for Job Creation, www.jobcreation.us, 4createjobs will not give up. It is for the people, it is for capitalism, it is for bringing innovation forward and creating jobs. What we need now is for Wall St to direct its investment to American innovation, forego easy profits in emerging markets, and for financial engineers to design new instruments to make this happen. We need the government to untangle themselves from the greed and prepare our nation on the social issue front.
Hello hello, hello, has anyone seen the family. Has anyone checked to see if anyone is using drugs, thinking of suicide, doing their homework, working as a prostitute, dancing at a strip club, stealing a car, or beating someone ferociously as they walk home from school? Hello , hello, does anyone care about love and family? Hello we all want to work!
